Keke Palmer's Baby Leo Takes After Her in One Special Way That Is 'The Cutest Thing in the World'
Mickey Mouse has some pretty cool friends, but Andy Cohen's 2-year-old daughter Lucy isn't a big fan of one of them. The Bravo TV host captured his little girl's strong opinions on one of the iconic Mickey Mouse Clubhouse characters, and she is so funny!
"Daisy Duck is mean!" Lucy declares in a video on Instagram Sunday night, as she sits on the couch with her dad.
"No, she's not mean!" Cohen responds with a laugh. "She's nice! She's Daisy Duck. They're all nice. Mickey Mouse, all of them. And Daisy Duck, too. Why do you think she's mean?"
Lucy responds, "Because the road is taken." Um, what in the toddler logic does that mean?!
Cohen frowns, clearly having no idea either. "Because the road is taken?" he clarifies, giving the camera a confused look when she affirms this is what she said.
"I don't know. I can't make any sense out of this," Cohen continues. Then to avoid an argument, he pivots. "But your hair looks beautiful. I love brushing this wet hair. I absolutely love it."
"But Daisy Duck is nice, OK?" he continues, eliciting an "Uh-huh," from Lucy. "And so are you," he adds.
"conversations over a hairbrush... #DaisyDuck," he captioned the adorable post.
"Love how you enjoy all the simple pleasures of having children! No one tells you how happy and contended you'll be with hair brushing, story reading, etc.," one person commented. Someone else wrote, "Little Lucy what a sweet voice!❤️"
But some helpful commenters pointed out what they believed Lucy was talking about -- and she was totally justified in her "Daisy Duck is mean" take.
"Lol! Actually... Daisy duck can be a real meanie! I think she's referring to a Mickey Mouse episode called ' Daisy's Road Trip' she was quite the bossy pants and definitely could be considered mean in this episode. 😂 Lucy is glorious! 💚" one person commented.
Someone else confirmed, "On Daisy's Road Trip , Daisy is so bossy, inviting herself then treating Mickey and Minnie mean when they just watched to go on a romantic drive alone."
Apparently, Cohen read the comments too, because he shared a video update this morning. "Good morning, if you watched the video that I posted of Lucy and I last night, she says that Daisy Duck is mean," Cohen says in a clip on his Instagram story.
He adds, "The commenters are right. She saw Daisy Duck in some show that involves a road, and Daisy's very bossy."
"I need to start listening to my children," he continues with a sigh. "That's what I need to do."
