Earl Wayne McCrady, 80, of Owensboro, passed away Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024, at Hermitage Care and Rehabilitation. He was born in Daviess County to the late Earl L. and Nola M. Hall McCrady.
Following 42 years of service, Mr. McCrady retired from Premium Allied Tool where he oversaw maintenance. He was a member of Owensboro First United Baptist Church and Ensor Masonic Lodge. Earl served with the Thruston Volunteer Fire Department from 1978 until 2005. This included the role of Chief from 1984 until 1987. He had also been recognized as an Honorable Kentucky Colonel.
