The Pulaski County Board of Election Commissioners filed a complaint this week with the state Board of Election Commissioners. In a story in Friday's newspaper, the name of the county board was incorrect. The letter sent by Pulaski County Circuit Clerk Terri Hollingsworth to the county election board about an employee in her office changing 132 voters to a precinct other than their own was first reported by South Arkansas Reckoning.
