FC Barcelona forward Ferran Torres has become a key player for the team under the management of Hansi Flick.
Since arriving from Manchester City in January 2022, the 25-year-old attacker has never been as important in the scheme of things as he has been during Flick's tenure, making valuable contributions, be it as a starter or off the bench.
In fact, according to Mundo Deportivo, Ferran is enjoying the best start to a season in his career, having hit three goals in four games for club and country in 2025/26 thus far.
With Robert Lewandowski carrying a minor injury at the start of the campaign, Torres led the line in Mallorca and has since netted two goals in three La Liga outings.

His form earned him a recall to the Spain squad, where he continued his scoring streak with a goal against Turkey, reaffirming his strong record at the international level.
After some uneven campaigns where the focus was often on his hefty transfer fee, the 'Shark' has turned the tide and become an increasingly important figure under Flick.
Deploying him as a centre-forward, Flick has managed to get the best out of the Spanish international, who will be gunning to continue in the same vein of form when club football resumes this weekend.
After all, this is a decisive season for Ferran, for Barcelona are contemplating the possibility of not signing a new striker next year and installing him as the long-term replacement for Lewandowski, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
