Nigerian cryptocurrency guru Ahmed Saifullah Yusuf, popularly known as Ahmed XM, has urged young Nigerians to leverage internet productivity and earn a better life without resorting to illegal or unlawful means.
In a chat with The Guardian on Friday, the founder of XM Trading Academy described the Nigerian forex industry as a fertile ground that is capable of changing lives and the economy if carefully managed, urging youths to desist from fraud and other nefarious activities in their quest to break free from poverty.
Having built a reputation as one of the leading experts in the field with his exceptional skills and dedication to sharing knowledge, Ahmed XM attributed his success story in forex to discipline and consistency, adding that his desire to remain open-minded to learn everyday.
"Discipline, consistency, and always being open-minded to learn every day have been the key to my success story, and that keeps me going," he said.
He revealed that his journey into cryptocurrency trading began in 2018, when he was motivated by his father's complaints about his constant financial requests.
"I googled top 10 ways to make money online and trading was among them," he said, resonating on how he started.
He advised Nigerians who desire to embrace forex trading to go through the rigours of learning about it first before investing their hard-earned money, considering its risky nature.
"Learn about it first before starting. When you start trading, know it's not a get-rich-quick thing. You have total control over your money. You determine how much you are willing to expose to the market," he said.
