Lifetime's heart-wrenching thriller, "Girl Who Vanished," premieres today, Saturday, Sept. 6, at 8 p.m. Eastern with streaming available on multiple platforms.

Lifetime movie enthusiasts can watch tonight for free on Philo, Fubo, DIRECTV, and Frndly TV as they each offer free trials.
